Mayor of Tehran: Behesht Zahra should become the cultural center of the country

Alireza Zakani, the mayor of Tehran, said that the necessary planning had been done by the municipality of Tehran to turn Behesht Zahra Cemetery into a cultural center, adding that this place should become the "cultural hub of the country."
