Britain accuses another Russian national of involvement in poisoning of former spy

British police say they have charged another Russian citizen with involvement in the 2018 poisoning of Sergei Skripal, a former spy, with Novichuk neurotoxin in Britain. Police also said they could now confirm that all three defendants in the case were intelligence agents
