Physicians: Deputies introduce themselves as governors in response to a request from the Ministry of Interior

Masoud Pezeshkian, a Tabriz MP, said that the Interior Ministry had asked East Azerbaijan representatives to nominate their options for governor, saying he was opposed to the move because the deputies wanted "their own person to be elected governor."
