Mayor of Tehran: If we want to build a subway, the ticket must be 20,000 tomans

Alireza Zakani, the mayor of Tehran, referring to the non-payment of the government's share of the 6,000 Toman subway ticket, said: "If we build a subway building, we must consider the ticket to be 20,000 Tomans. "With this situation, we will not have more subways."
