Former Member of Parliament: Those who went to a concert in Turkey are not entitled to subsidies

Mansour Haghighatpour, a former member of parliament, told Fars News Agency, referring to the recent trip of some Iranians to Turkey to attend a music concert: "Those who spend so much to attend their concerts and parties are not eligible for subsidies."
