Ashraf Ghani: I will explain to people why I left Kabul

Ashraf Ghani, Afghanistan's ousted president, said in a statement on his Twitter account that he would soon give more details about his sudden departure from Kabul. In another part of his message, he said that he had already declared his and his wife's assets
