Rahmatullah Nabil:. Pakistani military dismantled the Afghan system for the third time
Reacting to the presence of the ISI chief in Kabul, Rahmatullah Nabil, the former head of Afghanistan's national security, said it was the third time that Pakistani troops had dismantled the Afghan system. According to Mr. Nabil, the presence of Pakistanis has severely damaged the feelings of the Afghan people.
