Earlier in the day, the Iranian defense ministry spokesperson the armed forces used a new missile in today’s strike on Israel, adding that Israeli forces "did not detect it before impact."
Twenty-one provinces of Iran’s 31 have been affected by Israeli attacks, the spokesperson for Iran’s Red Crescent Society said on Tuesday.

Qatar's foreign ministry said on Monday that the targeting of Iran’s South Pars gas field has raised regional concerns over energy security, calling the incident uncalculated and “worrying everyone” about gas supplies.
However, the spokesperson added that Qatar’s own gas facilities remainunaffected and supplies are currently normal.
South Pars, which straddles the maritime border between Iran and Qatar, is the world’s largest gas field.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused Israel of targeting Iran’s oil facilities in the Persian Gulf as part of a broader strategy to escalate the conflict and involve other regional and global actors, Iranian state media reported on Monday.
In a call with Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, whose country currently holds the rotating EU presidency, Araghchi warned that the attack on Iranian energy infrastructure was a deliberate provocation. He called for European efforts to prevent further escalation.

Citing five people familiar with his decision-making process, the article said the losses create dangerous gaps in Iran’s decision-making and raise the risk of strategic miscalculations amid escalating tensions with Israel.
The strikes have targeted senior figures such as Revolutionary Guards commander Hossein Salami and IRGC aerospace chief Amir Ali Hajizadeh, undermining the inner circle that advises the 86-year-old leader on defense and security.
The Kremlin warned on Tuesday that the conflict between Israel and Iran is on a path of “galloping escalation,” calling on all parties to exercise restraint.
A Kremlin spokesperson said Russia currently sees no willingness from Israel to pursue mediation or a peaceful settlement.
Russia is also offering its citizens the option to evacuate from Iran through Azerbaijan amid rising tensions.
