Imam Khomeini Airport CEO denies damage to air defense system

The CEO of Imam Khomeini Airport City in Tehran refuted reports of damage to the airport's air defense system, calling the report "completely false." Saeed Chalandari said that Imam Khomeini Airport is a passenger facility without any air defense systems. This follows a New York Times report, citing two Iranian officials, who told Israel targeted the Russian-made S-300 air defense system at the airport.
