Japan: The North Korean missile was probably a ballistic missile

The Japanese Defense Ministry said the missile fired from North Korea was probably a ballistic missile. Less than an hour after the shooting, North Korea's representative to the United Nations said that because of other countries' "hostile" policies, North Korea had the right to test its weapons.
