Hassan Rabbani, Ali Khamenei's representative in the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture, announced the formation of a jurisprudential council in the field of representation of the Supreme Leader, saying: "This council will create a change in the discussion of religious slaughter inside and outside the country."
