European Union: The opportunity to revive BRICS is not permanent

EU foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. During the meeting, Borrell stressed the need to resume talks on reviving Burjam, saying that the opportunity to revive the agreement was not permanent.
