Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman: The IAEA Secretary General's visit to Iran is part of resolving technical issues

Saeed Khatibzadeh, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, said that the visit of the Secretary General of the International Atomic Energy Agency to Tehran is to help resolve technical issues between the two sides. "We hope that the Board of Governors, under some pressure, will not take any action that would undermine the normal course of cooperation between Iran and the IAEA," he added.
