Chief of Staff Arbaeen: Crossing the land border to Iraq is prohibited

Arbaeen chief of staff Hussein Zulfiqari said Iraq had only issued permits to 30,000 pilgrims by air, adding that crossing the land border was prohibited and that the Iraqi government was punishing violators.
